Girl Genius filter

I've decided that I'd like to discuss Girl Genius comics with somebody. Preferably friends, but if there's a good discussion board out there point me to it and I can read what random strangers have to say if the signal to noise ratio is good.

I'm planning to add a "Girl Genius" filter for those who also follow the comic and want to discuss it, without worrying about adding spoilers to my regular entries or boring my friends who don't follow the comic.

Let me know if you want on to the GG filter.

My first comment is -- so who is that lady in pink? Clearly not one of Agatha's friends. My two foremost thoughts are that she's a decoy sent by Gil to lure the real Agatha out of hiding, or that she's Tarvik's sister who thinks that with Agatha's voice she can talk her way into Heterodyne power.

Of course if it is one of Agatha's friends, maybe the circus decided that they'd come back and try to create a diversion so that Agatha could get into the castle? No, that still makes no sense, they'd let her know first if they were planning to do that.

If it's a decoy from Gil, perhaps it's Judy now that the "experiment" has been stabalized?

Endless possibilities... anybody else have guesses?

My guess is, it's the other Lucrezia- the one in the clank that was Tarvik's sister. Maybe it's a distraction from Gil, and the reason he thinks Agatha getting into the castle is the one thing he doesn't have to worry about, but... I'm guessing that that refers to either those appearing/disappearing guards that intercepted their first attempt to get in, or just the assumption that Wooster would be successful in getting her to England.

Wow, you're fast! I think it's fine to leave it there -- anyone who is clicking through on this entry has some idea of what they're in for.

My other guess, btw, and pure speculation this is, is that (a) Agatha will use this distraction to get into the Castle, and (b) the Castle will not recognize the other (Other?), even if it is Lucrezia. It may recognize Lucrezia, but not as a Heterodyne.

IIRC, the Castle was destroyed when Lucrezia was "kidnapped". I'm willing to guess that isn't the actual sequence of events- and that the Castle may hold a grudge. :)

That's a good pointer, but it looked a little too high-volume for me, of course I haven't actually read the messages, just the Yahoo summary of how many there were per month.

At any rate, you're added to the group. I haven't made any posts yet, only this one. And now I need to go to bed so I'll have to ponder the lady in pink some more, until Thursday night.

I agree w/ madman that some version of Lucrezia is the obvious choice... so, it's either that or something completely random Phil's thrown in to throw us all off balance. ;)
