beth_leonardA domain we registered years ago for fun is about to expire. Long story short, we registered it with Yahoo and I tried to cancel it. Their web page cancel button gave me the error:
I called the number and was placed on hold for 22! minutes before I spoke to a human.
He can't do a thing and told me to call finance back in the morning at 866-800-8092.
Does Google register domains? The other place we've registered with we're not so happy about either. They're little better than hobbiests.
If I had stock in Yahoo, I think I'd sell.

They're reasonably priced, and have pretty good customer service.
YMMV, of course.
