Free queen bed, suitable for guests

After 13 years on the 10-year bed we bought after getting married, Jon and I upgraded our bed to the sleep number bed. This means our bed is going in the guest room (soon to be rented out), and the guest queen needs to leave the house. It is bed-bug free.

This bed is quite old, but perfectly suitable for guests. Let me know if you want it for free, I think we can fit it in the minivan and can help with local transport although it may take two trips that way. Otherwise I'll sell it on Craig's List, but I'd rather not have the hassle of taking pictures, etc. and would rather give it to friends who may want a guest bed.

Only our X-housemate's X-girlfriend's X-boyfriend, Nick! He apparently just broke up with his current girlfriend, and is no longer sharing a place. After a good recommendation from Pauline, Jon and I talked it over and decided we could handle having renters again. He'll be moving in shortly after New Year's, just in time for us to not have to bother to stop the mail for the ski trip :-)

I"m not sure it's legal to sell a mattress -- you may have to give the mattress away for free. Frames can be sold.

We've got a foam twin mattress we're gonna get rid of Real Soon Now, ourselves.
